- Samoas cookie cake frosting
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (semisweet)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Confectiomers sugar (sifted, powdered sugar)
- 1-3Tablespoons milk In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate at 20 second intervals.
- Add the butter,sour cream, vanilla and salt.Mix well.
- Add sugar and milk whisk until smooth add more milk if needed.
