Dark chocolate banana bread

Dark chocolate banana bread!

Really simple recipe where nothing needs to be toom temp.It always turns out amazing!

Ingredients/equipment:
1 Stick unsalted butter (if not softened,add 5 minutes to baking time)
1 Cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 VERY ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1 teaspoon baking soda (don't use a box opened in your fridge)
1 1/4 cup All purpose flour
1 cup rough chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds
Olive oil or any nonstick spray
Loaf pan
Measuring spoons and cups


Directions: 
Preheat oven to 350°
Use paddle attachment of mixer to cream together butter and sugar for 5 minutes.
In separate bowl beat eggs then add to creamed butter sugar mixture.
Smash the three bananas and add to the batter.
Add salt,baking soda and flour to batter and mix just until combined.
Fold in chocolate
Pour into greased loaf pan (I sprayed with olive oil spray,but any nonstick spray will work)
Then sprinkle sunflower seeds on top and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Each oven is different so make sure to check loaf after 45 min.
Let cool for 10 minutes to cool before slicing and serving,enjoy!
