Felix Stray Kids Brownies Yields 1-8x8 square pan Felix Brownies Ingredients Bowl 1- mixed in big bowl 1 stick melted butter unsalted 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup caster sugar or granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp espresso powder 6 Hershey Bars 1.55 oz each (Plain or almond) Bowl 2- mixed in small bowl 1 cup All purpose flour 1/3 cup Bread flour 1/2 tsp baking powder (Baking soda can be used instead of baking powder) 1/4 tsp salt Ingredients 1. Mix ingredients in bowl 1 and set aside. 2. Mix ingredients in bowl 2(dry ingredients) and fold* into chocolate mix in bowl 1. 3. Melt 6 chocolate bars 4. Once brownie batter is combined enough to not see flour, add melted Hershey’s bars. Batter will be THICK like fudge or cookie dough consistency. 5.Spoon batter into pan prepared pan (use non stick spray or butter and a bit of flour) 6.Bake at 350° for 20-25minutes 7.
